I’m loving doing the interviews for The New Rules of The It Factor! Interviewing is one of my most favorite things on the planet to do. And in this video, I’m giving you a behind the scenes look at where I’m shooting, my dinner from last night, and what I’m learning from the process.
If you haven’t already, I’d love for you to join in an interview or two – the guests are phenomenal and are really getting a kick out of answering your personal questions about your brand, and how you can cultivate your It Factor.
I noticed some interesting themes – in particular about the Inner Game of being a personal brand.
I’ve noted them here in this video and I’d love your thoughts on the Inner Game as well – can you relate to any of these? What aspects of Inner Game have you noticed on your journey?
Join the interviews by clicking here.
And let me know your thoughts on the Inner Game in the comments!

My brother suggested I might like this web site. He was totally right. This post truly made my day. You can not imagine simply how much time I had spent for this info! Thanks!
YAY!! So glad you are digging it! Stay in touch. What was your inquiry that made you start looking for this info? What exact info are you looking for?
Loving your approach, you’re on to something special in my opinion, I would love to speak with you about the hiding angle that you mention…
Love & Light,
Steve
Glad you dig it Stephen! Thanks for letting me know!
Stephen, just private message me on my contact form. I’d love to see if I can help!
Yeah Kristen! The more transparent leaders we have, the more transparent and sustainable culture!!!! I love that we are on team transformation together! XX
Thanks Naomi! I agree
While I don’t need all me leaders to be TOTALLY transparent (some things, I just don’t need to know!) I do need them to be congruent – so when I support them, I know what exactly I’m supporting.
There’s so much in this 5 minute video! I just sat and reflected for a moment about all that you said about the Inner Game! Wow – there are games that I definitely need to stop playing and others that I need to start playing!! This is powerful insight that surely you will expand upon! LOL! For real, thanks Kristen. You are the bomb!
Thanks Zoe! Glad you liked it! It’s all about cleaning up the inner house so you can play bugger in the world. xo
